They dont like women here. Shouted at my wife and told her do as youre told after she asked him one question. Another customer (also female) who stepped up to calm the situation was told to butt out so she left to buy her food elsewhere. Avoid if at all possible.

Same thing happened to me as per previous reviews - I went to pick up an Evri parcel before going to work so I had 10 mins to spare at the shop. The man behind the counter was beyond rude - I was the first one in the queue and every time a new customer came, he would completely ignore me and take his sweet time to serve them. At some point I realised I really had to go as I had a train to catch; I said this and the reply I got was that he had a business to run and dealing with my Evri parcel wasnt worth it compared to the money he would get from the people queuing. As far as Im aware, Evri pays for this too and people wont go away if they have to queue for 2 minutes - thats what queues are for. He then asked me to leave and come back later because he couldnt deal with my request now as not only he had more important customers (who had arrived after me !!) but also because itd take him too long to find my parcel. He was 0 understanding of the fact that my life doesnt revolve around the opening hours of this shop and that I didnt know whether Id be able to come back later that day. As a top tip for this person - work on your customer service skills, speak in a nicer tone to people and if you have too many parcels and it will take you a long time to find one, perhaps figure out a better system rather than just dropping 810282 parcels on the floor.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Very rude and disrespectful owner!!! They lost my parcel and got angry after i started questioning it! I won't use them never again. I hope no one use them ever again as a drop point!!!

STOLE my Evri parcel that was dropped off on Sunday the 15th of January 2023. Reported them to the police and investigations are undergoing. We have checked the CCTV footage from the opposite shop and the Evri driver did not scan this parcel or put it in his van on both Monday the 16th and Tuesday the 17th. I advice the young guy who scanned the parcel to bring the parcel back for the next driver to scan before I take him to the court.

Waited while daughter went in to return a parcel via Evri..and waited and waited , then parked and went in , only to find her at the front of queue with a middle aged man ignoring her and going over her head to take parcels from other customers ?? I asked what was going on and he ignored me too , then when he continued to serve customers behind , I raised my voice asking why he did that , he unashamedly asked me to leave the shop to which I replied I shall not leave until my daughter is served . He started moving and doing things by slow motion and pretending to potter around so as not to serve her and Bless her , she has not said a word ,before he eventually served her. Young and innocent before a bully who found a chance to demonstrate power , Shameful behaviour.
