I hired this person to do some work around my flat like tiling and plumbing in a dishwasher, and I must say that the experience was awful. He claimed to have experience but the job he did was almost criminal. He unplumbed my washing machine, fitted the dishwasher to that connection, then quoted me 400.00 to create a connection for my washing machine. He left myself and my young daughter with no washing machine, and I had to hire another person to complete the job. He also left my tiling uncompleted, with almost 2cm edges that were not filled in. He also took the door threshold for my bathroom, and said that he would have to charge me as a separate job to shave the bottom of my door in order to fit another. This was a very bad experience, and I was left feeling intimidated and conned by this cowboy builder. I would advise anyone to think very carefully before hiring this man for any sort of job, as he comes across as very polite and friendly at first, then proves himself to be a cowboy builder.
