        Service dreadful . Quick to take money and sign you up to a subscription but a subscription that doesnt work properly!!! Absolutely nightmare since I bought the machine a month ago! Not recommending to anyone

        The boutique takes coffee pods for recycling and had an incredibly helpful member of staff who walked us through all the coffees to find our perfect match. Explained everything with a smile and a real passion for coffee, will be back!

        Other customers obviously have their own experience, but I struggle to relate to many of the negative reviews regarding the Nespresso Micro Boutique in Kingston. Personally, I have used this Boutique on many occasions and have never had a bad customer experience. The staff have always been professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and I have never felt as if I was being ignored, palmed off or given the hard-sell. Service has been prompt and efficient, and individual staff members have always been friendly and helpful. Recommended by a very satisfied customer.
