        Hello there! Its Sunday l am at Caff Nero in Benthalls at 15:53 and the shopping centre closes at 17:00. I asked for a Frappe mocha and the staff refused to make any blended coffee. When l asked why, a team member simply said that it was because they are closing soon. Is soon 1 hour and 10 minutes? I am a regular customer and felt really mistreated! Horrible experience!
