        Came to sort out with my council tax mistake , which done by council , but they didn't help at all , answer was go online)), the cleaners and builders... need service them online is well .

        Don't live here. Paying the council tax in this borough is the same as flushing money down the toilet. We have to fight every time for our bins to be collected, calling them is pointless and they will not escalate your complaints. I cannot imagine a worse service than this.

        Not environment friendly, don't care about air quality. We have to use big goods vehicles for any small delivery as they issue PCNs for smaller or electric cars in their loading bays.
