I can highly recommend busy lizzy! From the friendly staff, to the great teachers, to the classes themselves and to all the new friends I have made, I really loved being part of this great club! Unfortunately we had to leave due to me going back to work and having to settle in my little one with her childminder, but we spent nearly every day there from July to October and I got fitter thanks to the aerobics and the bootcamp classes and my little one got her fun through yoga, music, boogie and sign class. It's a brilliant concept and I am hoping that once the mini classes are up and running and I'm fully settled into our new routine in january I will be able to come back to some classes!

Firstly, I would like to say a huge thank you to the Busylizzy team! 14 months ago I was new to Kingston with a brand new baby not knowing anyone. Busylizzy was my life saver (I cannot address that enough). My daughter was 8 weeks out when we started and we are still currently members and attend the toddler classes (Toddler Dancing and Picasso) which are AWESOME. I have met my group of mum friends through busylizzy and are children are all the same age without busylizzy I wouldnt have known where to start. I had the unlimited membership where I go to attend all classes I absolutely loved the Yoga, Pilates, Baby Music (to be fair I loved all the classes offered such a wide range). The teachers are VERY qualified and make you feel as if your important, they want you to be able to enjoy your time being a new mum. Once your husband returns to work, you often wonder what do you do next but with busylizzy there is always something to do and the greatest part is its benefiting you emotionally, physically and spiritually with your little one. My daughter and I was there every day without fail with my new group of friends laughing and watching our babies grow with one another. They also offer mum meet ups (coffee & chats) which helps you socialize with newer mums that you may not have interacted with prior. They have an app where your able to view, cancel etc. any class you want. You also are able to see how many people are attending the classes (always go for the classes with the most people therefore you can continuously meet new faces). The team has always been there to help me whenever I needed. I would not be where I am without busylizzy they have been the foundation to my growth in Kingston. We love you guys!

I joined Busylizzy Kingston when my daughter was 3 months old. I love the variety of classes on offer as she really enjoys the baby classes and I have loved getting fit again with the amazing classes for mums. The easy to use app is brilliant and gives the flexibility you need as a new mum. Great instructors, convenient venues and a good way to meet other like minded mums. Would hugely recommend
