        Why do I have to wait SO LONG for them to answer the phone. 25 minutes and STILL WAITING. Not impressed.

        Im the first time been to the Nationwide bank / building society . Im so happy thats the staff are so friendly and politely , theyre helping to me solve it out for the register bank account because am new and have no experience. Services are good and quick only two days theyre already accepted me and sent the email to me . Comfortable environment as well because theyre moving to a new branch in Kingston town . Thank you Nationwide .

        The best Bank/Building Society I have ever found. Can't for the life of me understand why I never found sooner. Banking as it used to be, updated to a modern level and even better. Nothing is to much for them and the service is real people doing outstanding work.
