Like another reviewer said, it's so-so. They have a lot of options but it's more expensive than some other boba options (New Malden is a good place to look, e.g. Cake and Bings caf). Service felt stilted although it wasn't busy when I was there one other person was waiting. It wasn't terrible; the lady just silently took my order and then left the boba on the side without saying anything at all. Tasted fine though.
