        Installer keep saying parts is missing for the bookcase, I need to wait for the delivery again and the installer visit again, but then i was told some parts is still missing. The point is I found the measure of the base is different from the floorplan of the survey pack illustrated. Now the half (and wrongly) done bookcase is sitting in my room with the other debris. CS is asking me for my patience but sorry who can sit still for the mess like this - and I've already been held up with extra time for the repeated delivery and installation and still unfinished and lost trust with them completely. Five stars price but such level of service - definitely not recommend this company. If you see their shop on the street and thinking of getting in - no, just run, for the sake of your money and your wellbeing

        The Sharps Designer who came to visit our house was so rude and he was behaving at us and he was reluctant to give a quote and was expecting us to pay advance on the first visit and he was asking to go for it. He was behaving very unprofessional Not recommending to anyone

        Appointment scheduled, but disattended by the designer. I had to call the customer service twice to have a response to that. Apparently due to Covid they had to cancel the appointment. Despite having my phone number and email, no message has been left. Poor communication from customer service
