Asked a staff member and manager to match the price on their website and they did not want to. I also picked up on something subtle, maybe its just me, but the manager did not give me something in my hand when I reached out for it. Rather she placed it on the table for me to pick up.

My wife and I attended a Christmas event at the Kingston store. We started off with Proseco along with chocolates on arrival and my wife was given a complimentary hand massage. Lovely evening with the four assistants being helpful and knowledgable on products. Thank you for a nice time spent with you in your premises

I can't support an organisation hijacking the #metoo movement for profit whilst making no charitable donations to the same cause. ''To celebrate the launch of Molton Browns gorgeous new Jasmine & Sun Rose collection, Molton Brown has commissioned exclusive national research around Millennials, social media and female empowerment, linking into the #OwnYourBold messaging of the new launch.'' Their carefully planned campaign was purposely launched to ride off the back of #metoo. They used colours, images and language that connected with the movement enough in peoples minds so that, subconsciously, a customer may feel the need to buy because they think it's helping the cause. It gives you that feel good factor when you buy something, but you may not have understood why at the time. However, there is absolutely no benefit to empowering women by buying their products as it is against Molton Brown's own policy to make charitable donations. (It's actually a KAO policy, as they are owned by a huge Japanese corporation. Think along the lines of Unilever or Procter and Gamble). It's recognised as a highly questionable and immoral way to drive more sales. If anything, due to high level management changes which have mainly replaced women with men, it's a contradiction. As I actually was the previous store manager, I can confirm this is exactly what they were doing with that campaign. Absolutely vile. Certainly not the first time Molton Brown has done this. My personal experience after working for the company for over 3 yrs: Shortly after being forced to disclose my HIV status I was placed on a 'development plan', which had unobtainable targets, so I could easily be removed. This was despite a glowing yearly review which led to a significant pay rise literally 3 months before they found out I was HIV+.

I went in today and was very pleased with the care and attention I was given . The lady was very helpful and I bought a set with a small perfume cream and shower gel of rhubarb and rose . This smells fab . She gave me samples and even gave me a hand scrub with oil too . I felt very happy as I left as its been a long time since I have received this level of service . Thank you to the lady with curly blonde hair with glasses! Ill be back to buy again .
