First of all I just want to say how pleased I am with the service and level of treatment that I have received. I headed down to jades cosmetics to experience my first ever sessions of micro pigmentation. I was welcomed with great energy and customer service from jade as well as other staff members. The service its self was 20/10 in terms of quality and intricate detail. My new look that they have given me has created with in me a whole new level of confidence. The level of skill delivered by staff member Kim was outstanding. I was kept well informed through my time in the chair and all matters concerning the SMP procedure completely transparent in regards to how Id like my treatment. Jade was also amazing staying by my side giving me step by step information on how it will look once a number of treatments have been completed. This was done to make sure every fine detail of my treatment was perfect. Before deciding to go with jades SMP I looked around at dozens of other clinics and JC stood out amongst all of them. The Level of treatment is highly realistic keeping my hairline soft and subtle giving my head a crisp buzz cut look which is exactly how I wanted it. I heard good things about smp with Jade Mendes and finally took the leep to do something about my hairloss. The process was so much easier than I thought and it was surprisingly comfortable. The attention and care I received was amazing, I could really feel I was in safe hands.
