        Workers are nice but whats the point in no counter service over the weekend when I need to pay cash into a business account and can only do this of a weekend

        Machines will not accept cheques, one customer service advisor and one person on counter for 10+ people. Low staffing and an app that will not scan cheques. Very poor service.

        Worst branch and bank ,my wife asked for the last three months statement and waiting for more than half an hour they didnt know how to do it, and they were making mistakes every time, and she left without the bank statement.
