        By far the worst banking experience I have ever had. They don't accept a Provisional Driver's Licence as proof of address but accept a post card with name and address. I can literally send myself a post card as proof of address rather than DVLA's proof. So I called the main office and they advised me to join Starling Bank. Sounds like a Dave Chappelle Joke.

        Worst bank so far and worst customer service I went to the Kingston Branch to withdraw my money and I have been turned over because I must have either valid UK driving licence or Passport but I was there physically and inserted my card and typed my pin and provided form of ID Which valid Full EU driving licence . I only asked to withdraw 1000 but they said they can only give 500 I phoned the main office to investigate that and they told it is true you must have UK driving licence or passport but hang on a minute I have been with this bank over 5 years and never been turned over for that even this time of the year they asked for ID and provided the same ID no problem. refusing me to withdraw my own money is absolutely outrageous but gave me good reason to switch to another bank .
