Dave is a real gent, and made sure to properly assess the work I wanted so that a suitable scope could be developed and realistically costed. He made some practical recommendations, and during the performance of the original works also took photos to show me areas of my roof that were at risk. He was always on time, good-humoured, professional and personable - hence I was happy to increase the original scope of work and would definitely work with him again. Many thanks! Wouldn't use them again. Had them come to fix a leak. They did come and repaired some things, took the money but the leak was still there. We then cut an opening into the ceiling in order to exactly locate where the leak was. We send them photos and asked them to please come back and finally fix it. They promised us multiple times that they would come on a certain date but in the end they never showed up. They are now simply playing dump and every time we try to contact them they ask "where's the job". Very disappointing. Service: Roof repair
