Ive been going there as a regular customer for 2 years and its been lovely, but today they hired a new guy with bleached hair in the middle, he was terrible to me, refused to do what I asked at first, Ive had to stay and convince him to do it, and then he spoke in his language and mocking me and saying the nail colour I have chosen. Forgot to do my cuticles. Nail shape is not uniform, its horrible. The colour has patches. Not sanitary. They were very disrespectful and unprofessional. I will never come there again. I really wanted to write this review as after reading so many bad reviews I was hesitant to visit but as they are always busy I did end up going to try and I'm really glad I did. The guy who did my nails was really sweet, he was meticulous with my manicure and very thorough. The quality looks great and so neat and perfect. The best gel nails I've had and will 100% return. I've been going here for about a year now, and have always been happy with my nails. I've had acrylics, natural nails, gel polish, nail art, pedicures, the lot. I initially noticed some older reviews about rude staff behaviour so was a bit on alert the first few times, but staff has always been helpful and kind to me and listened to my requests, nor have I ever witnessed anything with other customers. Prices are in line with most places I've been to and I find them reasonable. Special shout out to the lady who uses hot stones as part of her pedicure treatment, it was the most heavenly pedicure I've ever had! Services: Manicure, Pedicure, Nail painting
