Estates East

Have just rented a property with Estates East and have had a great experience with them. They are really friendly and efficient and made everything feel really easy. Very professional. Would definitely use them again.

Isabella has been wonderful from start to finish. She made sure to let us know everything and kept us updated every step of the way with lots of information about the property and the move. Amazing company to work with, very professional and friendly at the same time !

We sold out flat with estates 10 recently. Overall the experience was good from the estates 10 side, however the conveyance solicitor (Cavendish legal Walthamstow) recommended was truly awful, really slowed the whole process down and made everything 10 times more stressful. So while I would definitely recommend estates 10 I would not use their recommended solicitors from my own experience.

The completion of my flat purchase (5/8/2022) was a complete disgrace. There was no electricity or gas in the flat. I got no help from anybody sorting it out myself. I was able to get electricity on the fourth day - the electricity meter had to be replaced. There's a physical disk in the gas meter preventing gas getting into my flat - I needed to arrange a gas safe engineer to remove it. They failed to hand over all keys - I got one set of keys to the front doors and a second set which had a bent key to the security door (obviously didn't work). They failed to give me a key to the sliding doors leading out to the garden - I had to get a locksmith to sort that. Then they also failed to give me keys to the windows - had to get one from a neighbor where the key works on my windows (so will cut copies). I complained about the above but didn't even received an acknowledgement. They are obviously not interested as they got paid following the sale. This was a horrible experience and I would stay clear of Estates East it's representatives.
