        BEWARE. If you are ask for standard repairs or maintenance they will evict you. After being illegally evicted Allen Davies kept our full deposit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

        Very bad agent i heard this lady Ciera on LbC radio living in mouldy flat with todler and agent refusing to fix the issue instead issuing section 21 notice stay away

        Just heard a tenant on LBC telling a right horror story about these agents and the landlord they represent. Black mould, rotten window frames, water coming through air bricks and no attempts to repair despite council intervention. Now a Section 21. Shocking. Waiting to hear their response. Disgusting that young families have no choice but to live in such conditions. These landlords and letting agents should be prosecuted.
