Sabrinas massages hold a very special place in my self-care routine. Ive been going monthly for almost five years and during lockdown, in place of massage, Sabrina introduced me to the the powers of quantum healing meditation. Each in-person massage is bespoke to your emotional and physical needs, so no two sessions are alike. We begin by taking a temperature check of where Im at (emotionally & physically), and Sabrina will help guide me towards setting an intention for the massage, that feels right for me. Shell then channel this energy during the treatment. I find each session very nurturing, with the healing process continuing hours after Ive left the massage bed. Sabrina is a No Hands massage practitioner which really focuses on the power of touch. Sabrina also integrates Reiki into our sessions which I both believe in, and benefit from. I'd been wanting to clear away some emotional trauma in advance of the New Year so I booked with Sabrina. She was kind, attentive, present and knowledgeable around mind, body and spirit healing. We reviewed my reasons for coming and together set my intentions for what I wanted to shift and how I wanted to feel after, a process that most masseuses tend to neglect. The experience was perfect, and she helped me to easily let go and fall asleep, or rather into a trance, a state which helps to significantly accelerate healing. After, we discussed how I felt, and it was with a sense of presence, stronger energy and better connection to myself/my subconscious that I rose from the table with. A perfect pre-Xmas treat for myself. Will definitely go back.

Absolutely Brilliant place to have a Massage and listening to your needs and applying to your body. I have been coming here for a for a number of years off and on and I never leave disappointed.

I have been seeing Sabrina for over 12 years and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is the most skillful therapist I've ever known in massage and her methods are amazing at addressing any issue affecting my body over the years. For me what sets her apart is an intuitive spiritual approach that recognises the individual's needs. It's a blessing to have her in my life.
