Very reliable surgery practice. I mostly go for my baby and i always manage to get a s same day appointment. The two GPs and one nurse we've seen since she was born have all been amazing, patient and caring. Highly recommend!

Reticent to criticise a GP's service in a trying time but genuinely the most unprofessional service I have ever received - seems to be the norm with East London GPs in general. So so poor - near impossible to get an appointment, receptionists are unhelpful and clueless. I've been lucky enough in the time I've been here not to use this service too much but when I need to, I am absolutely filled with dread.

My Mum has chronic illness. The Pharmacy requesting a prescription all week. My Mum would have had no medication if I hadnt phoned the pharmacy this morning. The pharmacy were also out of stock of 1 of the tablets. This GP practice sent the prescription so late. The pharmacy thank goodness completed a 1 week box. Which they delivered at the same time I was trying to pick it up from the pharmacy. Chronic kidney failure in only one working kidney with a patient who is 73, not on Dialysis or having a transplant. Delirium? Now Dementia? You took my Mum off of community matron ? Just send appointments from a computer. Echocardiogram next month. 73 ? Never had one before. Keep sending the referral letters to look like youre doing something. I have changed my GP yet I am still my Mums voice.
