I can not rate Westermans highly enough, amazing quality products but what makes the company great and means I'll use them again is the simple fact how amazing the communication and customer service was, I ordered the item, it got to me next day, I realised I ordered the wrong speed gearbox, the next day I called them with my head in my hands, they sent me the correct gearbox for my application, The communication from start to finish was astonishing, I highly recommend Westermans to anyone and everyone what a great company thank you and I'll be using you again soon!

Westermans dealt with my inquiry for a used weld positioner with professionalism and efficiency. I received the positioner 3 days after paying for it, despite it being xmas and it arrived in excellent condition and even with a free gift. If I need more welding equipment in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use westermans

We recently sold two items of industrial machinery to Westermans. A CNC lathe and a large CNC Plasma. The process was really easy, from decommission to transport. Also, the communication from the team throughout was exceptional. We will be using Westermans in future for equipment sales.
