Having stayed at the Neeld before I had booked expecting great service. That is not the case under the new management.
After booking 3 rooms, well over 6 months ago. I realised that I hadnt received a confirmation email. After contacting the pub they informed me that they were not honouring the price I was quoted on booking and was expected to pay an extra 40 per room, if I didnt my booking would be cancelled.
I understand costs have increased for businesses and customers alike so I emailed asking for a compromise, however I received no reply.
Avoid at all cost.
