I relied on Toni to do the clean of our holiday home in the changeover. The quality was very poor-she was doing as quick a job as possible to get to another job and as a result there was poor customer feedback from the holiday makers who found the quality of the clean left much to be desired-obviously this will affect my future bookings. The last straw was when she texted late the night before to say she wasn't coming at all the next day-so I had to change my work and go do the clean myself. Really unprofessional and with consequences for my holiday home business.

Toni is incredible i had a huge nightmare with a trashed house by a 60 a day smoker who hasnt cleaned or tidied and she came over did a quote and was in the very next day she has been super supportive and kept me informed throughout her rates are extremely reasonable and her work ethic is unbeatable she goes above and beyond all expectations and is super friendly you would be mad not to call her to all your cleaning needs i cant reccomend her highly enough
