Lots of outstanding issues ongoing after two years. Unfortunately, they have now stopped communicating with us. Very disappointing. Can't recommend.

Placed a deposit on a plot in Oct 21 which we were advised would be finished in Jan 22. After 4 months Derestreet pulled the plot because we had not signed contracts which we could not do as local searches had not been completed, even though the plot was barely out of the ground. I had offered to sign contracts immediately and also advised we would compete the sale of our home and move in with relatives to secure the purchase of the plot but they would not reconsider despite putting 11k down on fixtures and fittings. We ended up purchasing the same house but from a private owner from an earlier phase and love the property - simply stunning home. The plot we had reserved is still not occupied with building work still ongoing - a year from when we reserved. Very unprofessional sales team but a fantastic home builder and we are delighted with our Derestreet home. Service: Home building
