What can I say about Farrows? Absolutely fantastic family run company, they tended to our every need, our car was repaired quickly and efficiently at a very competitive price, we were kept up to date with what repairs needed doing Richard and Eddie were brilliant keeping us informed of what needed doing to our car and did ir with the minimum of fuss, I can highly recommend Farrows, if you need repairs or recovery then this is the place to ask! I really recommend this place, they genuinely go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy, they are polite and friendly and they don't load the final bill with unnecessary 'extras'. A great local family firm, honest and reliable, I definitely wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

I bought a 2008 Vectra from Richard in January 2018. For various reasons I wasn't able to go out and inspect it, but two local family members gave it a quick look and eventually delivered it to me. There are several more scratches than the photos showed, but I was--and still remain--more interested in reliability. I've covered almost 4,000 miles in the last six months without any problems, so I'm happy. (The part I wouldn't do again is extend the warranty for a further three months because the small print suggested the age of the car would mean there wasn't much actual cover, so I'd go for an AA subscription another time.) Richard made the purchasing process easy for me, and was invariably chatty and friendly whenever I rang, and I like my car, so I would happily buy from him again.
