Absolutely fantastic customer service here. We bought a van from them a couple of months ago. We spotted a few things that needed fixing on the van such as a chip in the windscreen and they replaced everything new for when we picked the van up, at no extra cost. They were honest and reliable the whole time. We ended up having our steering fluid pipe go within the first 3 months which wasnt covered under the AA warranty. Without prompt they said they would pay the local garage we were getting it fixed at. Cant fault the service from them. Plus they gave a great suggestion for fish n chips in Grimsby. What more could you want.

Thought I better leave a review since I have bought 2 vans from them now the last been a year ago. Very professional service from start to finish nothing to much trouble would highly recommend. Keep up the good work will be back for my 3rd van. Thanks Mark Tuff

We just brought a Renault Traffic from Sean Evens of The Van Franchise, honestly I must say this is the best level of service we have ever received when buying a vehicle, Sean was absolutely amazing through the whole process and can not praise him highly enough. I would highly recommend dealing with Sean, it was a true pleasure
