Car is lovely, credit to Toyota themselves. Our salesperson in Jon Roe Grimsby totally lost interest in my partner after her order was placed. Doesnt respond to most email or telephone messages. JR are well aware of our issues, and the salesman handing over had the nerve to attempt to pressure my partner into giving them top marks for the service she received (survey never arrived with us). Jon Roe still owe my partner some money from the part-ex, and for the compensation they agreed to pay after their error with the finance agreement, and their sluggish response in addressing it. Very disappointing. Im considering a Toyota myself, but I wont be using JR Grimsby. Avoid!
