        Absolute rip-off. Quoted my father (who is in his mid-70s) 12 to replace a watch battery. The battery can be bought from eBay for 1 with free delivery, and replacing it is a one minute job. Nice try guys.

        The gent on the desk was so unprofessional i have never been spoken to like that he wanted me to leave a key but it was the only one I had to get into my house I explained that I didn't mind waiting and that seemed like to much trouble for him as he huffed at me I would find a new member of staff as he will loose you alot of business please feel free to contact me if needed
