        Have just cooked & eaten the Chapman Haddock Fillet Bakes, in the oven for 20mins. The fish come in packs of 2 fillets, was only going to have 1 but they are so nice, I had to eat the 2 fillets, the best Haddock I have tasted & I used to taste fish as part of my job. Thank you Chapman's you are using such fresh fish & blending it with the sauce & crumb to make a lovely product, can not wait to get to Grimsby to purchase more.
