        I rang to arrange a viewing and was told I'd have to go into office which was a 100 mile return trip. When I got there they had no property matching my criteria.....feeling conned. I am disabled too

        Professional, courteous and friendly service throughout our tenancy, OSA also worked proactively to resolve any issues when they arose. In an age of dodgy landlord and iffy letting agents, I cant recommend them highly enough!
