Brilliant place to visit, easy to navigate, fish pricing system easy to understand, and knowledgeable staff too. Now the disappointing part. The young lad who is nice enough and friendly, he's rather "clingy" and will stay no more than 6ft away from you...puts you on edge and deters you from actually browsing the range and wanting to make a purchase of a pretty amazing selection of koi. Make a visit, however be prepared to be watched as if you are going to rob the place.

I have found the lady who works in this shop to be repeatedly grumpy and rude and after my most recent bad experience which was pretty extreme and totally unprovoked I definitely will not be going back there again which is a shame as small business need peoples support in times like this. I have gone back thinking she was having an off day however she clearly does not value her customers and I will be spending my money else where from now on.I would not recommend this shop based on the repeated experiences I have had with this woman she is shockingly rude.

Brilliant shop, well experienced and knowledgeable staff. Amazing prices for the fish and willing to give a helping hand even on novices to ponds & koi. Will be a regular customer here (had 11 fish of you so far so I think that says it all). Spin the wheel for a discount off koi just won me over. Thank you!
