        Phoned them due to my boiler breaking down. I had already done some homework and tracked down the fault to one of 2 things (PCB or Flame Detector sensor). I had ordered a new PCB off Amazon, just needed someone to fit it. Woman on phone was very helpful and said that they don't normally bother replacing PCB boards as they class it as a band aid (not her words but the underlying meaning is the same). Said she'd phone the guy and phone me back. It was as she said, he didn't want the job, she apologised and bid me a good day. I did get it fitted by a family member in the end, works fine. This is our 3rd PCB, last one lasted 11 years before it needed replacing. 3 stars just because the woman on the phone was so pleasant.
