So after given Verona another go still no improvement, orders wrong, food cold so decided to give Star Grill House a go and to be Honest blows Verona out the window!!! Not sure whats happened lately as been ordering from here for years then all of a sudden orders alway wrong, food tastes different as in bad, I know that Lauren has left so service has definitely dropped, she was a superstar and always sorted any issues out promptly and efficiently, secret change of ownership maybe??? definitely lost my buisness, been ordering min 30 most weeks over the last 3-4 years. Give ya head a shake Verona before you loose alot more buisness!!!
