Brilliant lovely staff, medication is always ready and have excellent customer service skills. Unfortunately they need to try answer the phone more its very annoying when you are trying to get an urgent message across to them. I have rang 7 times in a row and nobody will pick the phone up!!

I would rate -0 stars if I could. Absolute useless chemist and receptionists! Asked for a emergency prescription for my under 5 month old little boy 4 days ago, to be promised it would be there the next day, to then go in store and its not there then to be promised it would be there the day after and then again its not there, even though I phoned doctors to make sure they sent prescription over which they said it should be there as which they sent a code over to confirm. apparently the delivery driver didn't bring it. To be then told to ring up all these other chemists to see if they stock said milk for my boy which none had milk in stock. So ring Lincolnshire chemist back up and ask what there going to do about it as my boy has no special milk left to then be told its not there problem. Absolutely disgraceful chemist
