Stood outside at ten minutes past the opening time. Very ignorant and unapologetic employee stared at me. Let another member of staff in without so much as a "sorry we are just running abit late". Instead she decided it was more appropriate to scowl at me like it's my fault. Unbelievably ignorant

Got fed up of being told my online prescription wasn't in their system and constantly ringing the doctors to ask where it was to find out it was at the chemist all along?? so i have changed to a chemist further away but i get my prescription every time, no hassle.
