Was missing part of my prescription and asked about it they said get in contact with your Doctor, i did and they said the pharmacy had it they flatly refused they did so i changed my pharmacy to a different one and to be delivered and then Sandringham Road Pharmacy hand delivered my prescription two months late!!!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Pharmacist competent and approachable. An excellent community pharmacy.

Pharmacy assistants were nice, apart from whom I assume was the head pharmacist who accused me of buying the same OTC product at another store early that week. Which wouldn't have been an issue if I wasn't currently 150 miles away from home visiting family and arrived this morning. Can't abide by the rudeness and seemingly forgetful geriatric head pharmacist. Wouldn't trust him being in charge of dispensing medication if those are the outbursts he displays.

Poor service had one lady in there tell me to come back at 2 this was at 1pm. And she had just let somebody in before me I was standing there with parcel s in my hand customer service out of the window I thought
