        Ever since they changed hands, this pharmacy sacked a load of the old useful staff and employed a bunch of kids who seem to not have a clue what they're doing, they ignore the phone and in my experience have REJECTED calls when I've tried ringing up about my prescriptions. When I'm in there, the phone will be ringing and all the staff will be stood about, dawdling, chatting to each other, the phone being routinely ignored and the people who go in for their methadone treatment are foul mouthed and cough all over the place, and nobody says a word to them, despite the sign saying abusive language will not be tolerated etc. They allow this whilst families and kids are waiting for their prescriptions. Completely unprofessional. When Tim owned this pharmacy, at least it worked
