        I have been a member at unit one for 2 years now. The trainers are very knowledgeable and up to date. I am 5 months pregnant and I couldnt ask for a better gym to help me stay focused throughout my pregnancy journey! You are all fab!!! Xx

        I have been a member at Unit 1 since Christmas. It is the best gym by far. I feel the best in the best shape Ive ever been in- and Im nearly 40- both physically and mentally. Highly recommend! The coaches are friendly and every session leaves you feeling great.
