From the outset of working with Dataplan, I have found everyone I have dealt with to be knowledgeable and willing to understand the challenges faced by our business and the hospitality sector in general. In addition, I have been really impressed by the attitude of staff and their communication with us.
Another thing I would like to flag up is how happy I am with the way Dataplan have dealt with our teams at each of the hotels. They have always been professional yet friendly and have kept relations positive, even when faced with challenges.
