She really helps you get the best deal and best price on your mortgage. Emma is very proactive keeping me informed every step of the way. If i had a question she was very quick to respond to me. Alan helped us with a remortgage and insurances and he made the process so easy and helped us every step of the way as our application was a slightly different one we struggled on our own but we got a great deal with Alan's help, we would use personal touch again.
