    Booking was an easy process just had to show requested documents, the price was very competitive and they had a good choice of cars. I found the staff to be polite and professional. Due to family illness I had to change my plans. I rang and spoke a lady who was lovely and sorted things out for me with no problems. I would highly recommend Ready Rent a Car Grimsby.

    Excellent service with clean cars at reasonable price. Helpful staff. Only disadvantage was the deposit was in cash but still would use again .

    Incredibly rude customer service! Emailed and called in advance to see which documentation and how much cash deposit I needed to bring to reserve the booking for a later date. Even called on the day to check. Was told 100. Work Mon to Friday and live 30 miles from the centre. So went during my holidays. Arrived 15 mins before close to pay the deposit only to be told that they now needed 50% deposit 206. I explained what I had been told and their assistant said she couldn't help that. When I asked if there was a cash machine nearby, she said yes, but that she would be dropping the shutter at 4:30pm. I appreciate the need to close on time but I was told the incorrect amount. Seemed like too much effort for them to rectify what was their mistake. Will find a more reliable rental company. Disappointed that there's no option to complain on their website. Would prefer to make a formal complaint as I still have the emails.
