We chose a Sunrise 120cm table and 4 stacking chairs at The Malvern Show. From the outset the sales process was relaxed and confidence inspiring, with the emphasis on the family-run nature of AW Robinson, and the quality and suitability of the items along with a conversation about maintenance. No money passed hands; it was merely an order taking exercise, so there was zero obligation from us. We were told we would have the table and chairs delivered, then we could worry about payment and, despite the distance to Stoke on Trent from Grimsby, nothing was too much trouble. We received a text the night before delivery, just 4 weeks later, and the driver, Adam; a lovely chap, texted me from 3 miles away the next morning, allowing me to call and direct him into our awkward location and to confine two yappy Russells prior to his arrival. He was friendly and charming and carried everything into the final situation and set it up before heading off to his next delivery. The table and chairs look, feel and smell wonderful. They are finished to a high quality with not a rough edge or a splinter. The chairs are as comfortable as we remember and we look forward to using them for years to come. I believe my parents are looking at buying the same set now because it looks so lovely. Thank you so much.
