Portland Mobility

Absolutely disgusting service. Purchased 2 electric recliners. sat in the one in the shop and it was really comfortable but when they were delivered they were really firm and uncomfortable. could not sit in them for more than a couple of hours as we got back ache. Wrote to them 3 times without reply except when I phoned to say I was seeking legal advice. Then was told "Do what you like".

Was able to order riser recliner without visiting shop. I was sent a photo to my mobile liked what I saw. Lorraine the lady was very friendly, knowledgeable and ordered my chair. It wasn't long before it arrived. The two young men installed it up and running in minutes. I highly recommend the portland mobility well done and thank you all

Disappointed my mam spent two thousand pound on electric chair and bed ,only to move house a few weeks later and be charged another 80.00 to have set back up ,my mam ordered a table that cost 138.00 that sadly she never got to use as in hospital three weeks ,then she died and they wouldn't give us a refund even though it had not even left the shop ,so we now have the table that we will have to sell at a loss ,we received nil customer service .

We bought a table for my mum who was very poorly, sadly she died before we could even take it from the shop, they wouldnt entertain giving us a refund. They would only offer us a useless credit note. Disgraceful treatment. We had previously bought a 2000 bed. Quite sickening.

Excellent service rang to ask about a covered cup with handle ,lady was very helpful, called into shop later and picked up cup, and knife and fork set again lady was very polite and helpful would definitely go again ,had a wheelchair from them last August time and again excellent customer service ,would definitely recommend them to anyone
