        Fantastic customer service, very happy with the products and price. My 300GPD system with resin filter and water tank works a treat. I went to pickup the system, the staff were very friendly and helpful - I also was given an in-depth demonstration on how to setup and use it

        Hi I'm Alan ,I drove to grimsby stayed overnight and got a whole reach and wash system fitted ,tank and reels and electrics, I was amazed how the job was so tidy and neat ,everything was put perfectly how I asked , made it easy as they were all so nice to talk too , I highly recommend this company ,,

        I have used Pure Freedom reel centres in my van. They are solidly made, simple and robust. They have always delivered promptly and I find them a great company to deal with.

        Not good customer service bought quite an expensive RO started having a problem with the booster pump and they sent a few emails about it but other than that they didnt want to know I would not be recommending
