Ordered 3 cheesy chip wraps normally regulars for ordering them but this time they was so over crispy and couldnt even bite the chips as they was just so soaked in oil we contacted Foodhub who then spoke to the guy and he denied us a refund or to send out fresh wraps and said he told us to contact him directly which we did and he was so argumentative wouldnt let us talk and hung up so was ringing back to talk again and he says he would ring the police this is no customer service and looking at the other reviews he talks to everyone in this way. Food was also half hour late as was told 45 mins we have pictures of the wraps that would break your teeth if you was to eat it way over fried which he said was perfect and its a waste of money here and rude service

*Updated Review* *Pizza is good. Garlic sauce is usually good *Garlic sauce, on one occasion, was sour *Banoffee pie is great but needs thawing *Fish and chips not the best *(though I can't verify the standard of kebabs here, never had one)

Absolute disgraceful display of character and business. Ordered food for the family as a treat, waited over an hour and used the last my credit getting in touch with the takeaway to no avail, after no response I contacted foodhub for an estimated time of delivery, which got sorted pretty fast, he said it wouldn't be much longer leaving and I was moderately happy, but a couple of seconds later we received a phone call from the owner, screaming and bawling like an infantile child, He put an extra 15 minutes on the order expecting us not to realise, called my partner every name under the sun and hung up. His ACTUAL phone staff called me back and asked if I still wanted the order, which I told them "No" The Phone staff then gave it a bit of attitude while hanging up on me. I and my partner have both worked in several fast food establishments and smaller scale takeaways and understand that this can be stressful, but this was not they way to go, I will never be ordering from here again and will be spreading the word to say many people as possible.
