Similar to the review below. Appears to be very unreliable.

Would not bother with this company if you are not willing to spend a lot of money as they are not interested unless you are. Promise to do my work but they won a bigger contract and told me at the last minute my six doors and stair work was not big enough. Also I was bothering them by calling to ask for a start date. Avoid and go elsewhere.

Worst experience of professional tradesmen I have ever had. Having spent thousands of pounds on 2 new sash windows they leaked in the first heavy rain. I got a grudging apology eventually but had to wait a few weeks before anyone came to have a look. They were then made to be so tight I couldnt open them. I was then pretty much told that I had to choose between windows that opened or windows that leaked. They now fall open so violently that the wood is damaged. I have had someone else come to have a look (having had no reply form Wold) and the words they used are dreadful, unacceptable. The wrong weights have been used and some parts not put in properly. Totally incompetent. I really liked Jason when he came for the quote and believed all the blurb about pride in their work. Its simply not true.
