I went into shop with husband one lady was lovely went through books but we didn't find what we was looking for we thanked the ladies and off we went I went the week after to see if they had the material in that I'd seen in another shop one lady trying to find material whilst I was trying to explain what was what every now and then a lady with short black hair kept bobbing out of office chipping in re curtains she made me feel very uncomfortable and treated me as though I couldn't afford the curtains given that the curtains were going to be just short of 3000 I left the shop deflated and upset I went to a and d curtains who were absolutely brilliant worked out material lining tie backs and even managed to source the material that I wanted the lady at a and d was really nice and helpful and got the price just under the 3000 which we PAID there and then so your snootiness lost you a sale

Rang to enquire about a multi fuel burner including fitting etc talked to mark and he talked me through the process very straight forward and a good team of fitters very happy with my new fire.
