food amazing as always service shocking. Put in the corner near the window, one of us were cramped up against the wall due to having a large party on the tables next to us. Couldnt move the table along. We were booked for 7pm, we were out by 8:15 We hadnt even finished our starter when they came and tried to take the dishes away. Obviously we said we arent ready so they constantly watched us, making us feel uncomfortable. The worst part was we were just finishing our main, they ran over took the plates and brought the bill. No desserts offered, or even more drinks at any point. We said about desserts, they huffed and went to get the dessert menu but by this time we were disgusted at the service and left. We all said weve never had such a rushed meal anywhere like this before and the bizarre part is there were lots of empty tables around us, so no need to rush at all. We shall not be returning, which is sad as locals and generations that have eaten there. I hope people reading this are forwarned before they go. If you want a lovely relaxed meal with friends and family, dont go here.
