I live near Glasgow, Scotland so when I had saw the car I absolutely loved it! I had emailed about an enquiry on the vehicle just your usual questions etc. Sales executive Frankie, has been a pleasure and great help from start to finish. She had given me peace of mind of everything I had asked about the vehicle and shown evidence of, as I didn't want to risk coming 300 miles down unless I knew it was up to standard - which she totally made sure it was. They managed to whip up a beautiful car that I was happy with, in a small length of time. Brilliant service from the whole Honda team and bravo to all of them for providing great service even from hundreds of miles away. I will definitely recommend to people that are second guessing because of the journey, to just go for it! Such an easy process from the get go.

I was the first owner of my Honda civic 1.0 litre 2018 Registration. My car had broken down countless times in London and repaired at the Honda dealership where I bought it in London countless times till my warranty ran out yet still to no avail with regards to finding the major fault. Something was just not right! Unfortunately my car broke down again around the Grimsby area and I took it into the Honda dealership in Grimsby. It was a blessing in disguise, that Andy the Motoring Mechanic worked on my car. I have never experienced such a perfect smooth ride to London. My car has never felt this good on the road; despite buying it brand new. I was blown away. Thank you Andy, Sue, Brady and the Grimsby Honda team.
