        I am so pleased to be part of CFGY as someone who was very reluctant to return to fitness and exercise after a 20 year plus gap. I love that the sessions are worked out for you, theyre always different, theyre always coached, theyre challenging but do-able. I find them hard but feel so good when Ive got through them. Since starting 4 weeks ago I know my stamina is better, my muscles have woken up, Im walking taller with a better posture and laugh at the DOMS that keep hitting me!

        A great gym with amazing facilities. This gym has allowed me to learn new skills and evolve my training into areas I never thought I would venture. A great range of experience and knowledge has enabled me to find the best gym in the area.

        Best CrossFit Gym in Grimsby! By far. The coaches have years of valuable experience, and are all so friendly. Ive been at this gym for over 6 years and couldnt imagine training anywhere else. Its located in humberston which is easy to get to, and the community is like no other. Endless positive things to say about CrossFit Grimsby.
