This really is a old school gym with none of the thrills of a modern gym/leasure centre which makes Spartana a really refreshing, theres zero snobbery at Spartana which makes you feel very welcome the second you walk in the door (theres not many gyms that do that)
The machinery here is second to none and great quality, it might not be shiney new but I guarantee you won't find better.......
The knowledge of tap from the owner is very vast, he knows what he's talking about and is actually there to help, you even get hands on advise and help included in your gym membership (most gyms charge a fortune for one on one tutoring)
When somethings good people need to know just how good and Spartana is a great geniune gym with a genuine owner and great machines and thats what its all about......
